Rezai - Board of Directors
Mr. Rezai is the founder of SolutiaNet. He provides vision and business strategy, including high-level
product innovation, operations, and expansion into new markets. He
brings more than 25 years of experience as a senior-level
management consultant, operations executive, and entrepreneur.
As a management consultant he has enabled private and public
sector clients to develop and execute winning business
strategies. He has helped dozens of global organizations
successfully reengineer and improve their business processes and
turn their supply chain and logistics operations into competitive
advantage. Among his numerous career clients are: IBM, Xerox,
Callaway Golf, Becton Dickinson, Texas Instruments, Westinghouse,
Tektronix, HP Hood, Federated Department Stores, Hanes Aris Philippines,
U.S. Department of Commerce, Federal Reserve Bank, U.S.
Postal Service, and the Georgia Department of Public Safety. His international management consulting career
includes working for Kurt Salmon Associates (KSA), and SysteCon (now
part of IBM Global Consulting).
Mr. Rezai was formerly the co-founder and
President of Advantech
Computer Corporation, and co-founder and President of Inter Trade
Multimedia. Prior to that he was the Vice President of Store
Operations at Richway Stores Corporation (former division of Federated Department Stores), and
Manager of Industrial Engineering at Mervyns Department Stores. He holds a
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an
M.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech. He has
been featured in professional publications. He is also a frequent
contributor to industry publications and a speaker at supply chain
and logistics conferences and local universities.
